How do you all receive your disney visa codes? Do they come in email or regular mail? Or do they come on the website in your alerts? I just want to keep my eyes out for them.
Also, for those of you who have stayed at the WL...How long do you have to wait for the boat to take you to and from the magic kingdom? We are booked at the Floridian but I really want to cut the cost but I am really having a hard time relocating to a non-monorail resort.....I am so spoiled with the convenience princess: . What are the best rooms at the WL, also?

I get an e-mail from chase about the discounts. However, I find out more here than anywhere else about the discounts. Usually read it here before I even get the e-mail.

I usually get emails, also. However, if you log in to your DV account, there's a link that says something about viewing Disney Visa offers, and it will also be there. If this year is like last, there should a DV discount coming out very soon for Nov and Dec.

No you didn't miss anything. There is one out the now that you can book by August 10th traveling dates until Sept 27th but if you go down on the 27th it gives you the discount as I booked the WL Sept 27th to Oct 2nd. Staying Club level at the WL.
I find when staying at the wL non club level the wood view higher floor down near the boat launch. Or a courtyard view. Boat doesn't take too long. There is a bus direcetly to the MK & back now

So my next question is this.....IF a code comes through for the Disney Visa, when you call in how do you prove that you have a DV? The reason I ask this is DH carries the card (mind you it has Ariel on it....DD picked it! :lmao: )....I just thought I'd ask that in case I need it for proof or something when calling in....TIA....

I was very spoiled staying at the Poly & GF for most of our trips but 3 years ago I gave in and tried the WL. We all loved it. We didn't have to wait on the boat for long. It was well worth the money we saved and we stayed there the following year also. The only reason we are not staying this year is because we are going with a large group and everyone chose to stay at the Polynesian.

You have to pay with your Disney Visa. So if I were you I would write down all the info you need (Number, name on the card, security code, expiration date).

Go to the Disney Visa website. It is listed on there. The code is EXTREMELY limited, so don't get your hopes up.

I get e-mails too. I think you have to sign up for the e-mails I don't think you get them automatically if you are a cardholder.
