Having not been in 6 years and another kid since then, I have been loving all the tips on healthy feet for the parks!! Keep them coming. I started walking this week to get use to it!
Ladies, you know how you walk and walk and walk and sometimes that little area between your upper thighs gets sweaty and your pants bunch up towards upwards? (my employee says when people wear pants that don't fit right and this happens it look like their crotch is eating their pants :lmao: )
Ok, back to my question- while I do wear pants that are the right size, they still will creep up a bit when I'm hot and sweaty(thanks mom for my thighs!), will body glide help with this??

I can't answer your question, but I want to add one for all your body glide experts. Where do I find body glide? like if I am in a drugstore, is it with the deodorants? the lotions? where?

As for the OP, I haven't tried this yet, but someone posted that you can use the Monistat Anti-chafing gel.

MEGAMAY,
I have not been able to find it in drugstores or Wal-Mart or Target or anywhere else other than Dick's Sporting Goods and Academy Sporting Goods. In those two stores, it is usually with the running equipment (ankle braces, knee braces, etc...).

thanks! I did read that other thread and saw someone mention REI and I have an REI on my way home from work. I will be checking there. If not then I guess I will have to hunt down a Dicks.
May contain TMI, don't say I didn't warn you. ;)
I haven't found that Body glide helps with that. Also, I find that Body Glide (more so than the monistat antichafing stuff) tends to wear off mid-day in the heat-so pop it in your park bag for reapplication.

That is what I use - I apply it in the morning and am good to go for the day.
I use it all summer long when I wear skirts or shorts - so the upper part of my thighs don't rub and cause a rash.
