when we fly over next year we will have one 18 yr who isnt in favour of rollercoasters but likes the water parks
and two 15 yr olds who do like the rollercoasters and two children under 4
we have been to wet'n'wild but would aquatica be better for our water park ?

we will have my brother holiday with us so he will be taking the two 15 yrs old to ioa and un ..where can i get a day or two park ticket for these parks?

for the under 4's we will be going to magic kingdom and animal kingdom can we get seperate park tickets for these ?

lots of questions sorry but im trying to cater for everyone in our party

You will generally find it easier if looking for a single day ticket for any Disney or Universal park to buy at the gate entrance.
To be honest most of us buy multi-day passes as they work out cheaper and mean you can visit several of the parks with just the one ticket.

The best way you can get separate tickets for Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom is to buy at the the gate before entering each park.

There are allsorts of tickets available, these sites may help you decide what suits you best.
You can buy 2 day, 3 day and upwards tickets for all the parks so whether these are an option for you I am not sure?

Although I haven't been to Aquatica yet it would certainly rank as an improvement over Wet n Wild which I have never really rated.
