Do you have On-Demand? There are a lot of Disney shows to be seen that way. If not, my schedule (EST) for regular tv shows several Disney specials on August 6th at 2pm, 3pm and 7pm on the Travel Channel. The first is Disney On A Dime, The second is Disney Splurge and the last one is a Samantha Brown Disney Special. HTH! :goodvibes
Also...Dinner Impossible featuring Disney is on 11pm (EST) on the Food Network, August 3rd.

I know the feeling. I get the same way. A few years ago I started taping every Disney special that came on the Travel Channel (no DVR, I still have a VCR :sad2: ) so that I could watch them whenever the mood hit me. (which is ALOT lately :lmao: )
How about renting/watching a Disney movie? I have been going to resale shops and buying Disney VHS movies for $2 - $4 each. My son and I have been watching them for the past three weeks. This weekend is a double feature with Toy Story and Toy Story 2 in anticipation of riding TSM!!!

The list is pretty long for Comcast's On Demand listing:
Disney Trivia
Disney Royalty
Contact Disney
Money Saving Tips
Tunnels
Dream Prizes
The Matterhorn
Jiko
California Grill
Animal Kingdom
Walt's Apartment
Dreams Giveaway
These are just a few...but the first ones I saw in my listing.

Where do you find these on Comcast's On Demand??? I've looked everywhere for them and when I see them pop up on my screen from time to time I will click on it. But didn't know where to look when I go into On Demand.

Go to SEARCHLIGHT category, then TRAVEL & LEISURE, then DISNEY TRAVEL.
An example...after I got to Disney Travel, I clicked on WHAT'S COOKING...and then JIKO was listed under that category. At that point you select WATCH.
An easy way to find out what is on On-Demand...got to www.comcast.com and click on the tv link towards the upper right corner of the screen. Then there will be a spot to click on now, primtime and on-demand. Click on on-demand and then when you get to the next screen, type in Disney in the search bar. It will bring up ALL Disney programs, but will show you which ones are on-Demand. Then when you see a certain OD show you are interested in, click on that and on the right hand side of the screen a show info area will pop up and it gives you exact directions on what categories to click on on your OD screen to access that particular show. HTH!

Are they free on Itunes like OD? I'll have to tell my kids to check out Itunes if they are. I'm too old to be watching that stuff on the tiny screen though! :rotfl:

If I'm thinking correctly this is the one that a Disboard member is in. There is a group of three young women that go to WDW once a year, she is one with that group. It is one of the ones that I like, but it needs to be updated like they did a couple of the others.
I didn't peraonally like the "new" ones they did during "Season of Disney". I will watch them since they are about Disney, they just aren't for me.
I want to see them bring back the Great Hotels series, I really love watching them over and over again.

I was glad to see that "lovetoscrap" gave you this information. It's where I go and I probably found out about it here, where I have learned so much! :rotfl: I keep it in my "favorites" list and whenever I need a Disney fix I just look to see if anything is going to be on the tube. :happytv:

Another idea, the Samantha Brown section of the Travel Channel website has videos as well. Unfortunately there are none up today, but keep checking they change them often.

You can also order the FREE disney vacation and Disney DVC info DVD's. Maybe not super interesting.
Another little thing that's kind of cool. If you've got the Little Mermaid two disk DVD -on the extras disk, there's a virtual LM ride that was never built. It's two dimensional in parts, but it's still pretty cool. It is filmed as if you are on the ride. It may make you pine for a LM ride though....

Its early and I haven't had my coffee yet...so what is LM?
ETA: Okay...I reread it now...duh...Little Mermaid...okay...definitely must have my caffeine before I attempt to read the boards!

I believe it's the Murphy family, not the group of girls and she was doing a live from disney thread at the beginning of the week here on the DIS :thumbsup2 I think the thread was something like "Murphy Family live from WDW again"

It was a great show-I needed a "fix" too. Of course it wasn't enough though and I was disappointed when it was over. It showed some of the attractions I wasn't thinking of taking Lindsey on and I changed my mind because they didn't look so bad.

That is not the same girl. The one I was talking about was the blond that wouldn't ride ToT and went to make a lunch reservations while her 2 friends are riding ToT. They also went to Pleasure Island.
I didn't know the Murphy mom was on the Disboards.
