I am asking those of you who have been with QR for awhile if the slow site issues they are having happens alot. It's getting very frustrating. I joined Sunshine Rewards first but I don't like giving out my phone number and I found there isn't much I can do to earn money there. On QR I can do the clicks and a few signups to get money, but if the site is down, I can't do anything. I'm trying to get a gift card for my trip in 2 months and the site keeps crashing. Is this common?

I hevn't noticed it crashing - I've actually found it to be better now that it has been in the past. I know about a week or so ago, they uprgaded their database code which made the site slower (there was a posting under both the News section and the front page).

Certain times of day I find it more difficult to get into, but I usually do my clicks and things just before 7am (before work) and have no problems.

Stick with it - I've had TONS of success with QR and Dmitry and staff are VERY helpful if there is an issue.

Thanks! I am definitely sticking with it and I noticed a vast improvement with the speed of the clicks, but then last night and today I've been having a tough time with the site. I can't even get on to do the clicks. And if it does let me on, each click takes forever to load. I'm hoping it's just temporary. I do notice it is faster earlier in the day. I start them at 7 as well. I do them at work so it helps when it's working faster to keep me out of trouble...lol.

Well, I'm having a lot of trouble trying to access this site for the past few days, it is sooooo s-l-o-w loading that I usually don't have the time to sit and wait for it. They said they were working on a fix this past weekend but to me it hasn't been fixed?

I too have found that if I go on early morning, it's not so slow. But anytime thereafter, it's practically impossible.

Well, this answers my question. I thought maybe my problems were caused by the library computers I've been using. I've never had a problem with them before and was starting to worry. I want to cash out for Disney Dollars to use during my upcoming trip but I can't get the QR site to work. :confused3

I can understand not wanting to be called at home for offers...so...

I got a free phone number to give out for offers...
I think there are a couple of places to get a free phone number...
I got mine from grand central.

The site has been extremely slow for me lately but I was able to do the clicks this morning. Now it is very, very slow and then I finally get 502 proxy errors when trying to do clicks :confused3

I had kind of stopped doing rewards programs, but am starting to get back into it. I used to have a phone number from privatephone.com, but that service is no longer available. I just went to grand central and it says you have to have an invite from either them directly or from a GrandCentral user to sign up. So, if you have any invites to spare, would you mind sending me one? I always felt weary about giving out my real phone number too!

Ditto! Faith, if you have any extra invites, I would love one. Let me know!

I just went on and there is now a blog instead of the home page. They contacted their hosting company and they think they may need to merge the servers so they shut the site completely down and hope it will be resolved in a few hours.

I can't send invites... but you can sign up via this page...
http://www.grandcentral.com/home/reserve

I did give them my home phone number, but I haven't had them ever call. You can connect this to different phones... so depending on who is calling it can ring through to your home... but I just keep it as an online junk phone box for offers...

I bet you'll get it quickly. I usually wait less than a week for QR cashouts. I use SR and QR pretty equally. SR for surveys and offers, QR for shopping.

How quick are they with sending out gift cards? I am going to Disney Oct 1st and am hoping to have enough money for a gift card before hand. I'm wondering how much earlier I should request it. Right now I don't have enough for it. Should 3 weeks before my trip be enough time?

Every time I've cashed out for Gift Cards, I've had them within a week of cashout.

Thanks, and just an FYI, when I got back from lunch, the site was up! They put less clicks per page and so far it's running pretty quickly.
