Has anyone ever traded contracts?

Just wondered if anyone ever traded a contract...for example....If someone has 150 pts at BVC,,,and another person has 150 at BWV.....and they both want to switch,,,has it ever been done? Just curious :) thanks Mae


p.s. Iknow that someone probably has to pay the closing, probably they would split the cost, if a swap is allowed, that is.:rolleyes: :jester: :cool:

I don't see why that couldn't be done. There would likely be two closings- as there are two contracts- and both would need to be recorded with the county.

The tricky part would be finding the willing participants! ;)
