Ok, here it goes!
When: August 18-23
Where: Using DVC points for a 1bdr at Saratoga Springs
Who:
Me pooh: , Disney Addict, 27 years old. I've been fortunate enough to have been raised in a Disney Crazy family and be surrounded by Disney Crazy friends.
DJ :earsboy: , also a Disney Addict, 27 years old. He too was raised in a Disney Crazy family.
Jenny :earsgirl: , yet another Disney Addict, 25 years old.
A little history... the 3 of us have known each other since elementary school. We all grew up, and still live in, the same housing plan. DJ and I have gone on a Disney trip together. Jenny and I have met up during one of my solo trips. Jenny and DJ have gone together. All three of us have gone together on band trips during HS. It will be the first trip with all three of us as adults!
Did I mention that I invaded the couples trip? :rolleyes1
Being that we're all addicts, we have talked for quite some time about making a trip down together. Last year the two of them headed down without me.
This year, my boss is making me take a vacation... :confused3 gee - think it's been a little bad lately?
So I happened to be out having a few libations :drinking1 with DJ, Jenny and his parents when his parents mentioned they were heading to the world in September. Then DJ and Jenny mentioned that they were heading to the World in August. :idea: Wait! When in August guys? lol. It all went downhill from there. :rotfl:
Jenny had booked Pop Century for a week online through Orbitz. My family owns at OKW so all of the sudden it turned in to lets cancel PC and go for DVC. After a few attempts and a wait list wish granted, we finally got a 1bdr at Saratoga for the week. :cheer2:
