We bought directly from Disney. Even though we paid more, I'd much rather deal directly with the mouse. Perhaps if (when) we add on in the future we would look into resale now that we know the ins and outs of DVC.

way, way back in 1993 - direct from Disney - all via mail and phone - 260 points at OKW! Back then it was Disney Vacation Club resort I think. Best move we ever made!! The perk then was free park passes till the year 2000!! With a family of 2 adults, 2 little girls at the time, we were ALWAYS in the parks - that perk saved us a fortune!:)
