Hep please, need a card design, think they exist but can not find them

Hi everyone. We have a big family and always celebrate birthdays together, but this year we will be at WDW pixiedust:
So I want to create 2 cards to send out to our families when we return.

Next I have seen something similar to what I want some where, but can not find it.
For my 3rd Birthday
My parents gave me the world


I plan to put them on a greeting card and insert a picture on the inside page.
Can anyone help or point me in the right direction.....pretty please :flower3:
