Are the washer&dryers free for studio guests?

I seem to remember reading that there are laundry rooms that studio guests can use for free, is this true??

Yes. You can purchase detergent at the gift shops.

Yes they are free.....at OKW they are located at the pool areas so its very convenient.

At Jambo house, I think they are on the 5th floor, in a "hidden" laundry room that will require your room key for access.
