Yes, I think it does. Depending on when you pass her, she's holding either an axe or nothing. In my picture, I think her arm looks kind of weird too. But it could just be the ghostly effect... On a side note, is her name Lizzie Bordon??

Yes, I think it does. Depending on when you pass her, she's holding either an axe or nothing. In my picture, I think her arm looks kind of weird too. But it could just be the ghostly effect... On a side note, is her name Lizzie Bordon??
Now now, Lizzie Borden was acquitted, it's mainly legend that keeps her notorious as an axe murderer... Anyway, I believe the bride's arm moves and the axe appears as she holds her hand up.

I haven't been posting every day (and the "1 per day" rule is being bent pretty liberally lately :) ) so here's a couple shots I took showing her with and without. These pictures were taken two seconds apart, so I think it's safe to say that you can see both as you go through the ride.

WS was empty, and they posted a series of night time shots--I think they were taken in January in the winter time.

Here's a shot from last Feb. You can tell how noticable the Contemporary Tower is going to be here. At that time the building wasn't at its total height yet, so you will really be able to see it there.

It is a Hippo opening his mouth out of the water at Pangani Forest Exploration Trail in Animal Kingdom - when you walk through this section sometimes you can't even see the hippo it looks like just lots of fish in a very big tank but sometimes you get lucky!

:welcome: There are actually more than two previous threads, if you wanna check them out . . . it was a huge, massive POTD thread that went on for a few years. It was before the 250-page rule was made. I'm not exactly sure where it's located now, though . . . not sure if it's still alltogether or if it was broken up into several parts. :confused:


Love seeing pictures with hardly any people in it - makes me feel (if i were there) that I was alone and had the park all to myself.

On the Safari, we came around the corner to see these 2 hippos fighting over the island. I can't take credit for the photo as my wife got it with the point and shoot and my DSLR shots weren't that great. Go figure :rolleyes:
