Did you use USA code to book your reservation? You got a pretty good rate. Let me know how your rental goes when you go. I have reservations for next month.

Sounds quite good. I have intermediate with L&M for $125, then add taxes and it is $181....
Very hard to get a decent rate once taxes are added. Florida taxes on rentals are ridiculous.
Hard to get much better unless you try Priceline.....

I'm paying $152.04 total for a full size with Emerald Aisle National using DC and Entertainment $20 coupon. I did book in February for a May 15th rental.
Base $165.99 less $33.20 DC less $20.00 ET plus taxes & fees for a total of $152.04 EA Full Size.
I have another trip planned for August and have $175.31 full size with National EA so far.

I booked using EC plus DC plus entertainment coupon also but was told I could not use EA because of coupon (they want to see it when you check in) so it kicked me to counter service. Did someone tell you that you could use EA or did you not get kicked to counter

Both my reservations are Emerald Aisle, I was not kicked to the counter. I must present the Ent coupon and DC card when I check out the car at the booth. If you have never used EA before the first ressie is usually counter, then after that it is Aisle if you book Intermediate or higher. If you book lower than int it forces you to counter.
