Called our guide, Judy Kaufman, to inquire about an add on. She returned my call inside of 30 minutes, checked on a few questions I had about using the add on points, called me back, and we completed an add on at BCV all within 45 minutes of me initiating the original phone call. Judy is such a pleasant person to talk with, and getting the add on has really brightened my day. Just needed to share!

We are not members yet, (the paperwork is on its way to us as we speak) but my husband spoke with Judy Kaufman today and said she is great!
