You all introduced me to the Cricut, and since the end of June I have purchased an Expressions, 17 carts; the Xyron 900 and it's 3 carts, a Cuttlebug and several embossing folders, a Crop-a-dile Big Bite and a MM paper trimmer--AND I DON'T SCRAPBOOK. :rotfl2:

When I went to M's today for their $40 cart sale, I also picked up some of those foam visors with the coil to hold it on. They are on sale for $0.50. I want to decorate the visor for our upcoming Disney Cruise, and I am drawing a blank. I was given a bunch of vinyl scraps from my local sign shop, and I was thinking that might be a great thing to use on the visor, but i am justnot coming up with any ideas.

So, since you all were so helpful with ideas on all the things I purchased, I thought maybe you might also enable me with some ideas on what to do with this visor. I also thought it might be cute with a couple of primas put on with eyelets--anyone put eyelets thru thin foam before?

Depending upon the color of your scraps of vinyl, what about making your names in the boating flag alphabet, adding little hidden Mickey heads to the flags?

I am not familiar with the nautical flags, is there a flag for each letter of the alphabet?

Any other suggestions or ideas?

When we were on Castaway Cay they had visors with D I S N E Y in nautical flags...

It's a whole alphabet... I googled it to see what my visor said (yeah, I bought it without knowing...I could have been a big cuss word for all I knew:lmao: )

It's a really cue idea!!!
