Early entry has been suspended indefinitely.

Thanks Barry. Quick question if you don't mind. When Universal had the early rntry was it only for onsite guests or did it also include multiday ticket holders?

Early entry was once for everyone. Sometimes it turned into just for onsite guests and then for everyone.

Even with EE for everyone, the park was not very crowded.

The still do it from time to time during the peak times. They opened an hour early during Spring break for two weeks. As a rule, it's just not offered to Barry. You give Barry a perk like that and it goes right to his head. Then it's Mr. Barry this and Mr. Barry that ... it's a sad state of affairs indeed.

So if the draw to stay on site is early entry, as they advertise, wouldn't they tell you if that was not available? I'm confused.

The draw to stay onsite at Universal isn't Early Entry. It's the magic room keys. They get you into the Express Line all day. They are so worth it.

early entry has been axed since sometime last year, if not sometime in 2000 (i forget offhand). the only time you can get in the park earlier than 9am is during the christmas rush, when the parks open at 8am.
