Riverside luggage/check-in

Will our Riverside check-in be like CSR, where you go to a luggage drop off bldg outside of the main lobby?
Or is it like ASMo where you drag your luggage in with you at the check-in area?
Or is it different yet?

When we arrived via Mears, they took our luggage right into a room. Outside of the hotel. We then went into the lobby to check in. Our room was ready so back outside to the room, they got our luggage and drove us to our room in a cart. Very nice, very efficient especially since our blg was 24 and very far away from the main bldg. But very close to a quiet pool, laundry and last bus stop. Good luck!

If you arrive early in the morning and your room isn't ready you can just leav it with them (outside), they will give you a claim ticket and when your room is ready and you are up there ready for luggage -- you just press the button on your phone -- give them the ticket number and your room number -- within 15 minutes you have your luggage.

Basically sounds like it is the same as the CSR. You only have to get your luggage as far as the curb at the entrance of the hotel. They do the rest.
