Mary Poppins is Coming to LA in 2009!!!

OMG I'm so excited that Mary Poppins the musical is finally coming to Los Angeles!!! It will be here in Nov 2009 for a limited time at the Ahmanson Theatre. Ever since I saw the musical in London 2 years ago, I fell in love w/ it and couldn't wait for it to come to LA. Even though I was disappointed that there weren't any dancing penguins, "Steppin' Time" totally made up for it. I absolutely loved all the songs and the dance numbers. I can't explain the joy I had while watching it, it was truely magical! Now I can't wait for next year to come! :cloud9:

I feel the same way. Truly magical. When I hear "anything can happen" it makes me want to cheer and cry at the same time. I am training for the Disneyland half marathon and the songs are the best inspirational ones on my mp3 player.

Thanks for the tip about them coming to LA I'll have to watch to see if I can arrange to go!
