Without having to go too far from property, where can we get the cheapest grocery basics like milk, pop, donuts?? Also need it to be open 24 hours or pretty late so we can go after closing down Disney Quest on our first night!

The Super Wal-Mart on 192 probably has the best prices and it's open 24 hours.

Publix is reasonably priced and much closer, but they close at 11 PM.

Whatever you do, don't go to Goodings - their prices are outrageous.

I second the note on Gooding's. It is a shame to gouge people because of relative closeness to WDW. We always get our groceries at Publix and our film and sundries at Wal-Mart.

I also think that SuperWalmart on 192 had great prices. It is cheaper than my grocery stores here in Michigan!!! It is a very busy store! They have a very nice deli, with premade subs, and fried chicken etc. My kids liked the chicken tenders from the deli. I bought a big sub, must have been a couple of feet long for about $5-6. Fed the whole family!

We stop at Publix every year on our way to Disney from the airport. It is a grocery store with good prices.

mm42 or momof2boyz2girlz - Help! Could you give me more details of the location of the SuperWalmart on 192? What stores are by it? Is it out of the way? I do know where a few things are on 192 ex: Old Town. Thank you for any information. We are just trying to figure out where to go and when. Thanks again!!!

Super Walmart carries groceries. The one I am thinking of also carries theme park tickets. We purchased our tickets for Universal there. The prices were as good as AAA. I wish I was good with directions but I am not. We stayed near Crossroads, so we took 535 to 192 made a left and it was a ways down on the right hand side. I don't know the cross street, sorry. I know we past midevil times, and an awful lot of hotels!!! It must have taken a good 15 minutes from where we were but it was worth it!

When you leave WDW property take 192 heading towards Kissimee. You can't miss the super Walmart, it is on the right hand side of the road and they do have very good prices.

The Walmart is a little more than 6 miles east of I-4 on 192. It is just a little further east than Medieval Times. The have groceries - that's what the "Super" means.

Thanks for the information, y'all! We're going for the first time in December and I'll definitely be visiting the SuperWalmart now.
