Just wondering what are the available desserts at Beaches & Cream for the DDP. I assume the Kitchen Sink is not on the plan, but are the rest of the desserts (hoping for No Way Jose - LOL). Thanks!

I'm 99% sure that all but the kitchen sink are included. :thumbsup2

Is the ice cream considered a snack credit here?

The only ice cream considered a snack is a Mickey bar from the little takeout door/queue.

So if you eat a burger there for dinner, the ice cream could be your dessert included in you CS credit?

While you can have the ice cream as your dessert, it's a TS dessert, not a CS: Beaches & Cream counts as a Table service restaurant on the DDP, not counter service (even though they don't take reservations) Check the DDP brochure for the listings, page 2 under Yacht & Beach Club listing...http://adisneyworld.disney.go.com/media/wdw/images2003/languagespecific/eng/nontheme/tickets/DiningLocations.pdf

Ok, but do you need to eat your dinner there to use a dessert TS credit there?

Yes - the TS meals include a dessert but they are not separated out. You must order your dessert at the restaurant you are having the TS meal.

Here is the dessert my son got with his TS meal at Beaches and Cream on our last visit.

Fudge Mud Slide - A gooey chewy brownie, hot fudge, three scoops of vanilla ice cream, oreo cookies, topped with whipped cream and a cherry $7.99

***Love how they include three spoons...but it was just for little ol' six year old DS!!

It's Disney, so you can have dessert first if you like. :thumbsup2

I think my mom and I are going to share a meal and get 2 desserts- this place, while yummy....$$$ wise- it's not worth it to use a TS credit. We'll just pay OOP.
