Trip in October 2010!!!!

Hi everyone,

As i'll be starting a new job in April next year and the training for it lasts about 42 weeks we can't go in October 2009 as originally planned. I've managed to persuade my family to go the following October instead and have moved the villa booking.

So basically what I'm wondering is, what new rides will there be by Oct 2010? The last time we went was Oct 2006 so a fair few will have come up. What are the "big" rides that will be new since the last time we went? Any rumours about new rides that haven't yet been announced?

I know it's a bit of an odd request but i'm trying to get excited about something that's over 2 years away!!!

Hi Tom - we aren't going until Xmas 2010 - and I am in the final stages of my planning already - just can't actually book anything!!!!!:rotfl:

Not sure about Disney - but at IOA you will have the new harry potter area - and it sounds as though it will be AMAZING!!!

Already opened this year - there is the Simpsons at Universal (replaced Back to the future) and at HS there is the Toy Story ride (which is awesome - probably my favourite ride anywhere!!):banana: :banana:

Plus there is Aquatica the new waterpark at Seaworld. And not sure if Monsters Inc Laugh Floor would have been at MK when you last went as well.

new for next year is

manta at seaworld, (rollercoaster similar to AIR at Alton towers)
IOA - Harry potter land.
Universal studios - Hollywood rip rocket, (rollercoaster).

cant think of anymore for next year, there will no doubt be new rides for 2010 as well.

Were also going in Oct 2010 ND can't wait! Were really looking forward to the Harry potter island and DH is looking forward to the new roller coaster at sea world. We saw the advert for this while we were there this year and it looks fab.
The simpsons ride it fab but the toy story ride is just as good if not better!
