When should I book HRH for next February, Presidents' Week?

When will rates come out for Presidents' Week next February? And are there usually discounts for this week? I don't know where to begin!!
I have a Loew's number, and am willing to buy an Entertainment Book.

I've been trying to book Feb 2003 for quite some time now. Everytime I call I get a different time to try. Someone will say, "Try back next week", while another one will say, "Call back in September". It's very frustrating. I've been calling about once a week. Nothing yet. When I called Loews directly, the person told me that the HRH was completely booked.:mad: As it turned out, she was wrong. Just keep trying periodically. I don't think we'll have any problems getting a room. Good luck.
