It has been a long time since we have visited Disney World so what have they added and what kind of new fast pass do they have for family's.

Well, it depends on how long you've been gone! My suggestion would be to pick up a WDW travel book to get you familiarized.

As for fast passes, I'm not sure what you mean by one specifically for a family or why you might need something like that. When you go to the FP machines, you will get a FP ticket for each family member. The tickets will allow everyone in your party to go on the ride during the same time period.
