Can you trade 2 CS for 1 TS?

Nope. You can "downgrade" credits (though some CMs don't seem to know how) but it is one for one (i.e. use one TS to pay for one CS), and you can't combine to upgrade them.

There might have been one Free Dining period where you could trade a TS for a CS plus some other little trinkets, or something similar; I don't recall the details.

If you find yourself consistently wanting more TS meals than the plan offers, you might well be a candidate for DxDDP.

1 TS credit could be traded for 1 CS meal and snack certificate plus a lanyard and pin set or poster was what was offered in 2006 during free dining.
