Phone vouchers from Virgin

Last year when in Florida we purchased at the welcome meeting a $10 phone voucher which was excellent value compared to the hotel phone prices. Does anyone know if we can purchase them at the airport or do we have to waste time going to the meeting to get them? I have tried speaking to Virgin Holidays in the UK but they say it's a Florida thing and can't help.

You can get them at any Virgin rep desk if you have one at your hotel or drive to one that has one:)
