I have 4 ressies under my name for a grand gathering. If I check in all the rooms when I arrive, can someone from each ressies actual group put charging priveleges on their cards after they arrive?

I don't understand how you got your name on all 4 rooms? Normally only the actual people staying in the room would be on the reservation. You can add a credit card at any time for charging privileges.

I am the grand gathering contact. I made all the ressies using my points. All the confirmations were sent to me even though they have other people listed as actually staying there. The grand gatherings people told me that I can check in all four rooms when I arrive, I just wondered if they can put their own cards down for charging after they settle in. I really don't want 19 people charging to my card no matter how much I love them.

Unless grand gatherings fall under completely different rules, you will not be allowed to check-in for your guests unless you are listed as an occupant of each room. I could not check in for my guests that were arriving later in the day, though the reservation was made with my points. It is certainly possible though, that grand gatherings may allow that.
