Some time to myself - Help me plan!

We're going for 9 nights, June 21-30 and will be taking our 12YO nephew on this trip, along with our boys 4 & 8. DH will be playing 2 rounds of golf, so I told him he has to watch the boys and give me some time to myself. :D . I didn't think I could really do it, but when I heard Blast will be in Epcot that week, I think I might be able to tear myself away. ;)

Any other suggestions on what I should do with a couple hours to myself. BTW, I'm not the type to relax or splurge on myself, so spas or something similar is out.

Ecpcot is my favorite place to wander by myself. Last June we did the same thing - dh golfed two days and I took two afternoons solo. I love to wander the world showcase with a margherita from Mexico and just listen to the shows, talk to CM's and shop.

I know you say you didn't relax - but some quiet time at the pool.

I also like the MK solo - you can do what you want and not listen to any complaints.
