I wondered if anyone knew if you always get the 30% off with the Annual Pass or if it is a limited number of rooms they have at this rate? The information on the Disney website says that it is available most nights through September something. It doesn't say anything about a limited amount of rooms at this rate, etc.

I don't know the official word. Also, we stay at FW, which may be a different situation. However, I can tell you that every time I have called to get the AP rate (4 times this yr. :D ), I have gotten it. Hope someone more in the know concerning the resorts can give you more informed info.

I got the AP rate when I made my ressies at the CBR & ASMovies for September. I then cancelled the Movies and got a ressie at POFQ, also receiving the AP rate.

Any discount will have a certain number of rooms assigned to it. When the discounted rooms are used up, CRO will have that noted in the reservation system.

Many on here will tell you problems they have had trying to make reservations but only a part of their stay would be covered over discount "X". It lends for tricky planning. :)

It does state a limited number of rooms available at this rate, etc. I guess I was just hoping for some sort of discount, but haven't been able to get one. Does anyone know if a ressie is cancelled with the discount is it available to someone else at the discount or not. In other words, if there is not discount now for the times I am going, should I keep calling back and hope one will open up?

You are not guaranteed to get an AP room discount rate.
We did get the room discount in January '02. We stayed at ASMo for $55 a night (incl taxes).
When I booked early February for the May trip, I was not able to get an AP room discount. But I was able to get a discount that was comparable, if not better (that anyone could get at that time).
