When can we book for Spring 2004?

Sure, it's almost two years off.

Does anyone know when DCL will start accepting bookings for the March 27, 2004, Disney Magic cruise?

It would be great to have the choice of any stateroom on the ship! (If my math is right, and the current alternating pattern continues, it will be a Western Caribbean itinerary.)

I have read several post that state they start making reservations in May or beginning of June for 2004 sailing year.

That really depends on the school district. Many school districts have their spring breaks somewhere around the last week of March or the first week of April, but other school districts (and church-based schools) have their spring breaks the week before or after Easter Sunday.

The reason that I'm asking about the March 27, 2004, Disney Magic cruise is becuase that's when my kids will be on spring break in 2004.

Cobb County, Georgia hasn't posted their 2003-2004 calendar yet, but Spring Break here was April 8-12 this year and will be April 7-11 next year.
