Help me figure out a DDP credit situation on a GG

We are part of a GG that has family members from around the country popping in and out throughout our 10 day stay. Two of our college age sons are joining us for two nights. They have their own room and each gets two DDP dinner credits. We will have some extra credits because of paying OOP at the Sci-Fi earlier in the week. What we would like to do is use some of our extra credits to help cover the cost (in credits) of our sons dining with us at Jiko which is a two credit meal per person. Can we do that? If our server asks for our room keys can we tell him to take out extra on our key to cover their two points? We will all be dining together.

You can't use more credit than you have listed on your room key. So, for instance, if there are 2 adults listed on your room key, you can't pay for 4 adults.

Ahhh...as I suspected. Thank you ...:sad1: I guess we'll pay for the boys O.O.P then they can use their additional credits for a nice breakfast or something.
