Please help a DIS newbie out!

I am looking for some generous soul to help me with two designs...

1) I would like to have the stick figures - the one's with the Mickey ears! I really don't even know where to begin.

2) Also, I saw somewhere along the way a graphic that was half Tigger and half Tiger for Clemson. I would LOVE to have the same graphic but make it an LSU tiger instead.

ANY IDEAS???
