We were thinking of doing a sit down breakfast there and wondered what time the restaurant opened in the morning.

Make sure at least one person in your party orders the Mickey Waffle. It's not only the menu, because they only have one wafflemaker, but you can order one. It's the large Mickey Waffle, not several small ones.
