How Do We Get from DD to Contemporary in Early Morning?

We have a PS at Chef Mickey's at 8:15 AM. We are staying at Courtyard at Downtown Disney. Hotel transport does not start until 8:00. If we walk to DD, will we be able to get a bus in time to make it to the Contemp. by 8:00? And what bus will it be, in other words, will we bus it to TTC and then monorail to Contemp? Or will we be able to bus it directly to Contemp? How long will we need to do this? Unfortunately, we will not be able to get our rental car until later that day.

I would just take a taxi. You will find them waiting outside the hotel. You can not count on the disney transortation being on a timely basis - you should allow an hour to an hour & half if you are going to DD to catch a bus to TTC. Then catch the monorail to CR. Why start at 6 AM when you can catch a taxi 20 minutes before you need to be there. Well cost might be a good reason. I think it will be about $20.00.

The buses don't start going to DD until 10:00 a.m.

I'm sure you did Sue Z, but you know how often things change at WDW! :) The bus route between DTD and the TTC has been eliminated. Buses from DTD to the resorts start at 10:00 unless Typhoon Lagoon is open earlier.

To answer Michelle's original question, I think we all agree there is no way she is going to make that 8:15 breakfast using the buses.
