A sign I call CRO too much

Before I take a trip anymore, I call CRo many times to make sure I am getting the best deal. I always check the net, mousesavers, Dreams, just to do a little comparison shopping.

Lately when I call CRO, they ask for my last name and zip code. Once my screen pops up, they tell me (in a not too happy voice ) all of the properties I have been "shopping" lately. They wiill say, "Oh, I see you have checked rates at the Poly, the AKL, Fort Wilderness" and so on.....

ONe day, they may tell me I have reached my personal "shopping" limit for the month:p Wouldn't that be something, being banned from CRO:jester:

I have called 5-6 times in the past two months, trying to get just the right reservation. But, I've only changed my reservation three times. :D :D :D

Not too bad when you think you are anonymouse when you call, but now when they ask me for my last name and zip code, it makes me almost feel guilty.....

Oh well, I feel like I have done "my part for the economy by taking my family to Disney World"......... LOL. This way, I am getting the best deal for my dollar so I can afford to take even MORE trips to WDW!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't feel guilty! You are paying the long distance not disney! And your calls are giving that person a job. They should be thrilled that you are calling so they don't have to look for a new job.:smooth:

you don't HAVE to give them this info. Just tell them you just want to check rates.

It's called profiling. They can see how many times you've called, the rates that you've paid in the past, and other things. They use it to decide how hard they have to work to keep your business. I refuse to give my info until I am ready to book. That way, they can't pull up my info and decide whether or not I am worth giving a discount to.
