We are getting a villa near here in a few months
Anybody been recently?
Whats all there?
Any pizza places for instance?
Publix?(have to get my key lime pie fix!)

Yes, there's a good Publix. There's a small pizza place, but we've never used it, so I can't tell you what it's like - I'm guessing it's just take-out. There's a McDonald's, a Chilis, Subway, Walgreens, a couple of banks (including drive-thru ATMs). a 7-Eleven, a liquor store and a couple of gas stations. Oh, I think there's a Chinese, too.

The Omni Championsgate has several good restaurants including David's Club (an upscale sports bar and grill) which is one of our favourites.

We always stay in villas around the Champions Gate area.

UKDEB has pretty much covered it all !

The Subway, liquor store, China One restaurant etc are located in the Publix building.

We have never eaten at China One but we have had takeout meals which have always been good.

There is also a gas station on the corner of Lake Wilson Road / Loughman Road which has great pizza takeout.

Which villa community are you staying at !

Does china 1 do deliveries? just if we were having a beer or wine to save driving.God forbid we have an alcholic beveridge(sp):rolleyes:

No fear... they have a delivery service, so you can defo have a few glasses of plonk without worrying about whose the desi driver for the night !!!
