Hi, you guys can maybe help me. I am from Scotland, my cousin is living in Camarillo for a few years and keeps asking to to visit. How would this be for stuff round about, also what is the best time of year to visit?
How far to attractions and places?

One hour to LA so you can easily see Hollywood, and then drive an hour to Disneyland, it is an easy commute as long as you avoid traffic.
Go to Santa Barbara, Ventura and Malibu beaches

late spring through fall is usually the nicest weather. The east winds can blow in September, making it rather warm, but most of the time the weather is pleasant.

probably a bit late but i live in Camarillo. Santa Barbara is a must! State street is pretty neat.

l.a. is pretty close and so is malibu and the beaches and PCH. what kind of stuff are you looking to do? also... will you be bringing any fine Scotch to share with locals? haha j/k i love Johnnie Walker.
