We've used Netgrocer many times! You can order it any time, and specify the exact date you want it to arrive. We usually have ours arrive the day before we get there, just in case the order is late. We've never had any problems - the front desk will hold your box for you til you check in!
We order things like: breakfast cereal, granola bars, cookies (and other junk food), juice boxes, bottled water, etc.

Here is the phone number for PO-R: 407-934-6000
You can call & ask them which address to use for sending your package. Good luck! :D

On the back of your WDW confirmation, there is the address of the resort in which you are staying. I always address my boxes to myself, in the following manner. John Doe arriv 4/25/02 c/o Port Orleans Resort etc.
I think it's important to put your arrival date on the address rather than conf number. But if you can squeeze both, that is great. Make sure to take the fed ex tracking info w/you so if your delivery doesn't show up you can start to hunt it down. One year for Christmas I just put my last name on my delivery. There were 3 guests with the same last name, so my box went to someone else, but we got it back. That is why if you can put full name and arrival date, you will be in better shape. Good Luck

Also check with the hotel and make sure they don't charge you for package delivery. Some disney resorts do. I stayed at the Contemporary and emailed them before hand. They emailed me back saying that they didn't charge for delivery. I printed out the email and took it with me on my trip. The resort ended up charging me $25 for the Net Grocer delivery. Thank God I had the email to prove my point and the charge was waived. So be sure to ask before you go and get some proof.
