Which CS restaurants don't have kids meals?

Sorry, I can't get the search option to work and I'm sure this topic has been covered before. Can someone please let me know which counter service restaurants don't have kids meals? I know Pizza Planet doesn't have them; which others are included as well? Thanks!

So if there is no kids meal, what does that mean? Kids on the DDP can't eat there or kids get an adult entree for their child CS?
