Can anyone tell me where the best rooms are at the WDW Hilton? Are there rooms that overlook the pool and still be able to see the fireworks? This is our first time there. Just got it for $60 for 10 days in July through Priceline! We've stayed at the MOWC for the last 2 years and my kids are spoiled from their great pools and hot tubs. I hope the Hilton is as nice. Thanks for any help.

I just stayed at the Hilton last month after being at OKW for five nights. My view was of the front of the building, no fireworks were seen. I did notice that it was a little noisy in the room and I had a more difficult time getting to sleep than at OKW.

My daughter (age 8) and I stayed at the Hilton April 4 thru the 8th, while I attended a conference being held at the hotel. Our room was on the 6th floor , the rear side of the building. You could see the pool from the window, but the view of the roof of the meeting rooms was better.
For a better view of the pool, I would suggest requesting a room in the back and to the left of the elevators (left based on exiting from the elevators). The pool area is nice--there are two pools, but neither pool has a slide. Floors 9 and 10 of the Hilton are considered 'towers' and provide access to concierge. If you are a Hilton Honor club member, you might inquire about an upgrade. Amenities include: robes, turn down service, free continental breakfast (pastries, cold cereal--granola and sugar-frosted flakes during our stay--bagels, juices, fresh fruit; cold drinks during the day, including bottles of water (4.5 oz size) and snacks (nuts, pretzels, etc), cookies; cheese/crackers, one or two hot appertizers, and cocktails--that you pay for--in the evening.
