I cannot make any changes to this because it is Disney related.

You could easily change it now that you are playing around in designing. Simply color over the top text with the same white as the background. (Use the eyedropper so you get the exact color).

Then simply re-do the text. If you want to try to match the font and font attributes, here are my settings. The font is Unversity Roman LET (I probably got it from dafont.com). Then I did a bevel - simple emboss (set to 5) and a stroke black (set to 1). (The font color is 119,138,159 RGB)
