I would like to be sure we do the following:

1. When sign ups are done, in title note CLOSED but ACTIVE
2. after sign ups closed start progress thread... w/ list of participants &
smilies
3. when going return to participant post NEW thread and list of
participants/smilies.. When all received by participants note in the title
COMPLETE.

Or if you keep one thread, please edit your title as needed.

Since I am not in all the swaps (shocking isn't it?!? :teeth: ),this is the easiest way for me to see where we are at, and I can get the appropriate links up.

Would you prefer links in the calendar to the:
A) sign ups
B) progress
C) prototype
D) Return
E) all of the above

I still have one package for the resort swap. One person did not send the needed postage and I have not heard from them on it. My life has been so crazy that I haven't kept up with trying. I still have one package from last year's out of the parks swap but that person disappeared with no word and lots of things dropped.

Rebecca as far as the one from last year is concerned, I say put it out there for a RAK or something. Have everyone who wants to do it, post on a thread and then draw a name.

The page limit is 250. My completed page swap thread has been open since February and is only 53 pages so I think we would be safe.

I've pretty much always used one thread. Fewer and easier to keep track of that way (at least for me.)

I've always seen on swaps before that they post a progress thread. Figured that was the way it was done. I like not having to cut and paste many times.

nope, you don't need to change the titles of your old swaps, this will be more of a from here on out thing. Sometimes, if I'm not in swaps, I just check the titles.
