4 plus 2 infants? Any 1bdr?

My sister wants to rent points. Can they do a 1bdr for 2 adults, a 6 y/o, 4 y/o and 2 18mo old twins? Or do they HAVE get a 2bdr? She is just looking at cost wise.

The only DVC resort that might allow 6 in a 1 bedroom is AKV, which has sleeping capacity for 5 plus an infant.

AFAIK, MS will not allow 6 in any other DVC 1 bedroom, even if 2 are infants. The only way to know for sure is to call MS and ask. If you are not a DVC member, you will need to find an owner to do it for you.
