PhotoPass with Mary Poppins?

I've heard that there's a copyright issue with Photopass taking pics of Mary Poppins, so they're not around her in the parks or at 1900 Park Fare. Is this true? :confused3 Have you had a photopass pic with Mary Poppins? She's a fave of my kids - I want to be sure to have my camera ready if Photopass can't take her pic!

I thought we did at Epcot by the Pub. I am pretty sure she was there with a photographer.

She was outside of the Princess Breakfast in Norway in November, but I can't remember if there was a photographer or not.

We saw MP three times in Dec. (not counting the parades)--once at Epcot by the Pub, once at MK near the front of the park (with Bert!) and once at 1900 Park Fare for breakfast. There were no PhotoPass photogs at any of these sightings. I have heard the same thing about the copyright thing, however, there were several times where we had seen characters with no photopass around (i.e., Alice in Wonderland), so maybe it was a fluke. :confused3

Hi, My daughter and I were at Epcot in January this year and Mary Poppins was in England in the garden area where the "Beatles" perform and there was a Disney Photopass Photographer there and I have a photo of myself with Mary and one of my daughter with her. :yay: She is my favorite! We purchase the photo CD and the images are on it. .
