RTV instant winner

Can anyone explain?? I matched 3 alike symbols (3 of x-files woman) and it said I was an instant winner. On the next screen, it said that you may have won. I have not received an email to confirm. Has anyone else done this and if so do you win anything? Thanks in Advance. :o

Same thing just happened to me. I got 3 RTV Reward symbols.

My email address was there and then it asked me for my address and all of that info on the second screen.

Was that the same thing that happened to you?

everytime I have won it has been in my acct right away.and I have won alot.1,000 a bunch and 10,000 twice.
