Am I right in assuming that the times Disney is scheduled to be in port are Eastern Daylight Times (EDT) and not adjusted already for the time of the given port you are arriving in? For example, we are scheduled to arrive in Grand Caymen at 7:30 am. If this is EDT, the ship is arriving at 6:30 am Cayman Island time (they are on EST - don't switch clocks ahead), and I will have plenty of time to make my excursion which starts at 8:30 Cayman Island time, even with the tender process.

Cozumel is Central Time zone so they should also be an hour behind ship time, correct? This is important also when you are leaving a port because if you go by a clock in the port, you could miss the ship leaving by an hour.

Just trying to make sure I don't screw up in my planning. Any information appreciated.

They will adjust the time on the ship to local time. They will remind you several times. So, if you enter a port where it's a different time, land and ship time will be the same.

Traveling on the ship is like traveling on an airplane or a train. The scheduled time for arrivals and departures is local to the specific port.
