I'm sure this has been asked before, but I'm having problems with the search feature locking up my computer.

We will be staying at OKW (Nov. 22-28). We are considering using Garden Grocer to stock the kitchen with some basics (cereal, milk, lunch meat, bread, etc.). My question is: Does one of us have to be in the room when the food is delivered or will OKW let them into the room to drop off the groceries? Or will OKW hold the groceries at the front desk for us to pick up when we return from the parks?

If we have to be present at the time of the delivery, how big of a "window" does GG give for the delivery time? In other words, would one of us potentially miss several hours of time in the parks to wait on the delivery or is it a pretty small delivery window?

Ya'll are always such a huge help! Thank you!

You can instruct garden grocer to leave your groceries with bell services. They will ask you for a two hour time frame but you do not need to be there. Just call down to bell services when you are in your room and they (bell services) will bring it to your room for you.

As the PP said, you don't have to be present. We did this on our last visit. Just be sure to include the delivery person's gratuity when you place and pay for your order.
