I need help with car rental!

I need to rent a car for 8 days in orlando, but they are goughing me with the price! Are there any codes to use? I really don't care at this time on what company to use.

This link has all sorts of great ways to save on car rentals. Be sure to check Dollar - I have found them to be consistently the lowest price.

I agree with ncbyrne about Dollar. I also found that when I arrived at midnight, I also got courteous and pleasant treatment AND because they were out of the compact I had reserved, I was upgraded for free to a minivan. Don't count on that for your situation, but I have gotten the best service at Dollar.

I am an EA member, but the rates are so high on National, I've been using Dollar. You can use code FVG (florida vacation guide) which will give you a compact for $124.99 a week (I believe that is $161 after taxes). Not the best I've ever done, but still a good price considering Dollar is located at the terminal so you don't need to take a shuttle. I read that you can use a code FISH but I don't know what that is. I use FVG all of the time and you don't need a coupon or to be a member of anything. I've never had a problem using it. Hopefully there will be some Summer Deals soon with the car rentals because most of their "specials" end soon. One can only hope. (I prefer something bigger but not going to pay the price they want.)

It's the code I always use and I live in WV. My friend used it last month and she lives in NY. So I would say you don't have to live in FL. Just use the web site. It may be a web discount.
