Should I make CBR ressies now or wait for Fall Rates?

We plan to stay at CBR in Oct. before our cruise, and I like to book (and pay for!) things as far in advance as possible. I'd feel better if I had my room at CBR booked and done with. But, if I would be paying too much by not waiting, I'll wait!

When do the "Fall Fantasy" rates become available?
If I book now, directly with CBR, can I invoke a discount that becomes available at a later date?

What should I do??

I would book my room now. Then when the codes come out I would call and get them to adjust my rate. We do this all the time. We have never had any problem getting a price adjustment as long as it was available.

Yup.. Just book then change rates. I've done it three times this year myself

According to the "Walt Disney World Resort - 2002 Florida Vacation" booklet....

Disney's Fall Fantasy runs from Aug 25 - October 2, 2002.
The teaser price (All-Start Resorts) is $329 per adult for 3 nights.

The package includes:
-Accommodations for 3 or more nights at a selected Disney Resort.
-Ultimate Park Hopper Ticket
-Selected Walt Disney Travel Company benefits

These words are verbatim from the booklet. I have NO idea what the last item really means. It's a bit too nebulous for me....
