We don't want to spend time at the beach or the casinos. My DS11 wants to tour the marinas and the aquarium area. Does anyone know how much it is if you pay at Atlantis or is this even possible. Thanks! 386 days and counting everyone of them:D

To get an wrist band to walk around aquarium and dig was $25 for adults and $19 for Kids. You do get inside and can walk up to beach and around pool areas but not utilize them. We had fun watching the tubing through the shark tanks. We will be visiting in Nov. and swimming so we have the signtseeing done.

Unless you get a room you will not be able to use the beach or the pool area. With that said, you can get to the resort by taxi or water taxi. We use the taxi, pay no more than $4 per person, and determine who pays the $1 toll to get into Atlantis.

Admission to THE DIG, the aquarium, is $25 per person. This allows you to THE DIG and PREDATOR LAGOON. We did not want to look at the marina, but did so because we were looking for the ice cream shop.

BTW you have to walk through the casinos to get the tickets on your way to THE DIG.

Hope this helps.

We have visited the Atlantis Resort twice so far and love it. We decided that when we cruise in October we wanted to be able to do it all. pools, beach, dig site, casino, etc.. So we called and booked a room at Comfort Suites. With our AAA it was $157.25. We figure that is as cheap as an excursion that doesn't let you use the pools. We can't wait. We even plan to shower in our room before returning to the ship.

If you were to get the room, then that does allow you to use the pools?

Also, how does it work with check in time? Can you go straight from the ship and check in, or do you have to wait for a certain check in time?

Any info would be appreciated...

A neighbor of mine, booked at room at the Atlantis and she checked in around 10:00 am. She told them that she did not care what room she got, because she wasn't using it. She was up front with them and they just gave her any room. I plan on doing the same.

prymsu,
You can book a room at either Atlantis or Comfort Suites wich is ajacent to Atlantis (they have a deal with Atlantis) and have full rights as any hotel guest. Yes the pools too!!! You can check in as soon as you get off the ship, your room may not be ready but you will get an arm band to show that you are a guest and have access to the pools. Like I said before, we plan to shower in our room before returning to the ship. We figure we paid for it, might as well. Atlantis rooms were $300+ to book and if a child was 12 or older you paid 40 $$ more.(taking my Niece 12 and Nephew 9 with us this trip) Comfort Suites was $157.25 with AAA. I figure we would pay more than this with Disney's Atlantis Beach Day and not even get to use the pool's.

How many people can you have in the room? I am looking for the price that would cover four adults and one five year old.

Thanx in advance.

I contacted the Comfort Suites about a room when we're there in May, but we are 4 adults and a 10 yo. I told them we'd probably not even go to the room, but they said it's a limit of 4 to a room, adults or kids. Darn!
