What lagoon view rooms at Polynesian to avoid?

I am going to ask for a good view of MK when we check in. Are there any "bad views" I should keep my eye out for?

I checked Tikiman's website and have an idea. I am not normally worried about the room till I check in but its fun to plan obsesively (sp?).........;) ;) ;)

I should re-word that......I am going to very politely ask for a nice MK view upon checkin.......:p :p

I'd try to get Tahiti, unobstructed view. I'd try to avoid Tuvalu and Tokelau.

I requested Tahiti on our ressie.....I am keeping my fingers crossed......21 more days......:earseek: :wave:

I stayed in Tahiti with my DH for our Anniversary and LOVED it! One glithch which we easily fixed: our first room was right next to the landing where they drop off people for the big paddleboat/steamboat (I can't remember the name of it but you know what I am talking about) You could hear the loudspeaker all of the time, even late at night! Just picture it, "HELLO THERE,WELCOME, WATCH YOUR STEP.." We switched rooms in the same building just AWAY from the end of the building where the landing was(about 4 rooms down) and it made all the difference in the world. The view was pure MAGIC! You could see Contemporary and the Castle and they were lit up at night beautiful. Plus the fireworks display right off of the balcony!!

The only rooms in Tahiti to watch out for are the ones right next to the entrance to the building. There are trees and bushes around them and I can remember switching out of one of these rooms because of the view being partly blocked. They are rooms X028 and X029 (put in the floor number for the "X").
