Just to give you an idea of what the AP room only code FHD offered last year (it came out in November 2007) for WDW resort stays in Jan/Feb '08:

Disney Annual Passholders can get a "room only" discount at a Value, Moderate or Deluxe Resort.

For check ins Sun thru Thurs, 1/1-1/17 and 1/21-2/13/08- The Booking Code is FHD
The FHD discount begins at:

$49 at a Value Resort Sun - Thurs
$69 at a Value Resort Fri - Sat
$99 at a Moderate Resort
$149 at a studio at Old Key West or Saratoga Springs
All discounts are subject to availability and can vary. A valid Annual Pass or Annual Pass Voucher must be presented when you arrive at the resort.
